Our Director

Who is Victoria Hyde?

With a multicultural background and international experience, Victoria is an experienced executive and professional coach of great prestige. She started her career as an Executive Search professional in London, being a key player in the expansion and growth of PER, a firm where she led projects for Asia, Europe, UK, Latin America and Mexico.

She has extensive experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Financial Services and Family businesses. She has more than 18 years of experience in Private Equity, where she has supported building successful investment teams globally, high yield management teams for portfolio companies and supported investment funds becoming a trusted advisor for global investment funds.

Victoria holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the Universidad Alcalá de Henares in Madrid where she graduated with honors. She is a Graphic Designer from the Instituto Europeo di Design in Madrid. She graduated magna cum laude with a second bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Major in business and psychology and a minor in psychology of aging from Kendall College, Chicago.
