Edmundo Cruz Limón
Edmundo is the leader of the Emotional Intelligence and Family Business Consulting practice at MGT Consulting.
He is certified by Lominger in the design of Competency models, by MHS in Emotional Intelligence, by Will Schutz Associates in The Human Element, by Human Side Corporation in the use of the Human Side tool and by the Nexia Institute and the Abat Oliba University as a Family Business Consultant.
He is a member of the Holistic Visions Community of the Le Ciel Foundation.
His professional experience includes 37 years as a Consultant at MGT Consulting and 11 years as a professional in different areas of Human Resources.
He also has extensive experience in Institutionalization of Companies, elaboration of Family Protocols, definition of KPIs, Performance Evaluation, Succession Planning and formulation of Business Strategies.
Prior to joining MGT Consulting Edmundo was Deputy Director of Administration at Nissan, Manager of Executive Development at Grupo Cydsa, Industrial Engineering Consultant at Norris & Elliot. and Rector of the University of Santa Fe, in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
He has taught Probability, Statistics, Operations Research, Fluid Mechanics and Human Resources Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad Bonaterra.
Edmundo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from ITESM and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution. He also has a Masters in Operations Research from Stanford University and a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology from the Escuela de Atención in Madrid (in progress).
Edmundo is a marathon runner, is 71 years old and lives with his wife Cony. He has three children and four grandchildren (so far).
