Paula Barousse
She has more than 17 years of experience in advertising, marketing and headhunting for global brands in sectors such as beauty, hospitality, beverages, technology, health, banking and retail. He has worked with brands such as BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, Bayer, Samsung, Pierre Fabre, Corona, McCormick, Sheraton, HSBC, AWS, El Palacio de Hierro, among many others.
I have held leadership roles as COO in agencies such as FCB Newlink, Makken, Ux Marketing, Likeable (MVS Radio) and BESO (LLYC), managing teams of more than 50 people and coordinating key areas such as human resources, operations, processes, delivery and customer service. This journey has allowed me to understand that the true value of an organization is in its people.
Currently a new partner at Hyde & Seek dedicated to talent recruitment and consulting in culture and business transformation, with the conviction that people come first. My purpose is to accompany leaders and organizations to build from within, with strategic and human impact.
